Can I try Writar before I pay?
Yes. Writar Free gives you up to 3 AI actions per day on iOS, Android, and the web. No credit card required to start. Upgrade only when you need unlimited.
How do I cancel?
Cancel anytime from the billing portal link in your receipt email, by emailing hello@writar.com, or (for App Store / Google Play subscribers) from your phone's subscription settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period and stops future charges.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. Web purchases have a 7-day refund window from the initial subscription start. Email hello@writar.com and we'll process it. Apple App Store and Google Play purchases follow the refund rules of those stores.
Is my payment information safe?
Payments are handled by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified processor. We never see, store, or touch your card number. Your data is encrypted end-to-end.
Do you train AI on my writing?
No. Never. Your text is processed only to return the AI result you asked for, then discarded. Read the full details in our Privacy Policy.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Upgrade from Monthly to Yearly or Lifetime anytime from the billing portal, or email us and we'll move you. Downgrading takes effect at the end of your current period.
